Our platform is designed for senior managers, executives, and decision-makers within organizations who have business needs for predictive cost intelligence and risk-focused optimization analytics.
Banner Basic provides executive decision analytics services including scenario-driven dashboards, predictive cost intelligence, and cross-functional insights.
Our platform unifies cost, resource, and risk signals into executive-ready views, audit trails, and sandboxed what-if scenarios to support strategic decision-making before issues escalate.
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime with 24/7 enterprise support for executive users. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
We may modify, update, or enhance platform features to improve executive analytics capabilities. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users.
Executive users are responsible for appropriate use of the platform and protection of their organization's data.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of business data input into the platform for analytics and scenario modeling purposes.
The platform must be used solely for legitimate business purposes related to executive decision-making, operational exposure mapping, and budget headcount scenarios.
Banner Basic retains ownership of all platform technology, analytics algorithms, and proprietary methodologies.
All software, analytics engines, dashboard templates, and predictive intelligence algorithms remain the exclusive property of Banner Basic.
Organizations retain ownership of their business data input into the platform. Banner Basic has limited rights to process this data solely for service delivery purposes.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, executive insights, and business intelligence generated through the platform.
Banner Basic operates on an enterprise subscription model with pricing based on organizational size and feature requirements.
Subscription terms, pricing, and payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements with qualified organizations.
Organizations are responsible for timely payment of subscription fees as outlined in their service agreement.
Refund terms are specified in individual service agreements and may vary based on subscription type and organizational requirements.
Banner Basic is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of executive data processed through our platform.
We process business data solely for the purpose of providing executive decision analytics services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We implement enterprise-grade security controls including encryption, access management, and regular security assessments to protect your data.
Our platform maintains compliance with applicable data protection regulations and industry standards for executive business intelligence.
Banner Basic provides executive decision analytics as a decision support tool. Final business decisions remain the responsibility of executive users.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data, platform systems, or restricted areas of the service.
Platform data and insights may not be used for illegal activities, competitive intelligence against other Banner Basic clients, or purposes outside the scope of executive decision-making.
Users may not interfere with platform operations, attempt to reverse engineer our analytics algorithms, or engage in activities that could compromise system security or performance.
Either party may terminate the service relationship subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
Organizations may terminate their subscription with appropriate notice as specified in their service agreement.
Upon termination, we will provide data export capabilities and maintain data according to agreed retention policies and legal requirements.
Confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability provisions survive termination of the service relationship.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or platform use will be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State.
Courts in Washington State have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
